Detailed Itinerary
Srinagar arrival and local sightseeing
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, transfer to the hotel and explore Shankaracharya Temple, Chashmashahi, Nishat and Shalimar Mughal Gardens, Tulip Garden if open, and Hazratbal Dargah before the overnight stay.
Sonamarg — Meadow of Gold
Travel for the Sonamarg excursion through the Sindh River valley. A Thajiwas Glacier pony ride and the Zero Point or Zojila route are optional, at the traveller’s own cost, before returning to Srinagar.
Pahalgam — Valley of Shepherds
Travel through Pampore saffron fields, Awantipura ruins, Martand Surya Temple or Apple Valley viewpoints as feasible, and pine forests to Pahalgam. Spend time by the Lidder stream; Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari require an optional local union vehicle.
Gulmarg excursion
Drive through villages and rice fields to Gulmarg for the day. Gondola tickets are subject to availability, and cable-car rides, snow activities and any required local transport are optional and payable separately. Return to Srinagar for the night.
